When you aren't needing special care or dependent treatment. We are able to provide help, no matter if it is a scheduled your needing help with a loved one , or if it is simply a one time weekend getaway and your needing someone to sit with a aging parent; Let us do the task while you relax! 

often the Burden of a loved one gets placed onto your shoulders with little to no help from others. I understand those situations, and this makes it impossible to do anything else often! No need to continue to put appointments, or even a simple get away for the weekend off! Let me help you, and free up the responsibility of caring for the one you love! 
I have 25 years experience in geriatric care, psychiatric health, as well as experience working in occupational therapy.  
In my experience I began to see that while there are options for those who need extensive treatment, or total care, there is little to no help for those who are still dependent but could use a little help , or even a watchful eye for their loved one. We do not want to place our parents into facilities, when they often are still able to be independent and comfortable still enjoying life and being in their home. 

We are able to cook/ help prepare meals. 

We offer light housekeeping, laundry, essential daily task. -making bed, dressing, etc 

We offer assistance with bathing, & also personal care, when the individual is able to do much of their own personal hygiene routine but perhaps needs a little help. 

We are available for a schedule timeframe (days or nights) or also for overnight schedules / vacation days. 

ATTENTION: I am not licensed currently to administer any medications, in Alabama it is against the law with the state as well as federally to administer any medications without a license to do so. 
To ensure I follow all laws , your loved one would need to be able to take there own medications, if that is thru a planner system or direct from a prescription bottle. 

**I am trained and comfortable with taking blood pressures,  doing basic nursing assistant duties, and providing basic first aid if needed.
I have had a CNA license , a therapy technician certification, a medication assistant certification, a certification in defibrillator training, CPR certification, basic first aid certification, and also have held a license as a mental health technician, however these are previous and do require "CEUs" (continuing education units) to maintain a current good standing, without these CEUs which are provided by the facility your employed with, your license expire.

**Therefore they are not current as I am not employed currently with any company or medical facility. I do not hold any of the license in the state under the Alabama board of Nursing -as they list those who are current and in good standing-   I have never had any issues with any license or had any disciplinary actions against me, I am able to pass any background screening both state and also federal, and have no issues with submitting to a background check. I have no felony or misdemeanor charges or convictions. I understand it is extremely important to be able to trust anyone who cares for those we love and we allow into our home!
